Ingredients:
Leftover rice
Hotdog
Eggs
Garlic
Spring Onion
Tomato
Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Oyster Sauce
Procedure:
In a pan heat oil then crack the eggs and scramble to desire texture, then slice and set aside. In the same pan add a little oil and saute garlic until slightly brown then add tomato. Add leftover rice and mix well. Put in salt and pepper and oyster sauce. Then add the sliced eggs and spring onion. Best with Bulad (tuyo) and Sukang Pinakuart . Serve with love.
