Adobong Tangkung


Ingredients:

Tangkung
Bell Pepper
Garlic
Onion
Tomato
Oil
Oyster Sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

Wash the Tangkung and cut into bite size. Chop onion, garlic, bell pepper and tomato. In a pan, heat oil and saute garlic, onion, tomato and bell pepper. Add first the stalk of the Tangkung and let it simmer. Add Oyster sauce salt and pepper. add the leaves of the tangkung let it cook for a minute. Transfer to plate. Serve with love.
