Ginisang Ginamus (bagoong)


Ingredients:

Ginamus (bagoong) of your choice
Tomato
Garlic (lots of garlic my choice)
Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste (optional, its already salty)
Sugar (optional)

Procedure:

Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic, tomatoes and bagoong. Let it cook until tomatoes are wilt. Add sugar if desire. Perfect with Nilung-ag na Saging. Serve with love.
