Chicken in Pork & Beans



Ingredients:


Carrot
Potato
Chicken
oil
Bell Pepper
Pork & Beans in can
Oyster Sauce (optional)
Garlic
Onion
Salt and Pepper to taste
Water


Procedure:


Dice carrots and potatoes. Chop onion, galic and bell pepper. Slice chicken into bite size. Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic, onion and bell pepper. Add in chicken fry until golden brown. Add water. Let it simmer until chicken is tender. Add vegetables and simmer until vegetables are half cook, then add pork and beans salt and pepper. Try it with Flat breat instead of rice. Serve with love.

Pork Giniling



Ingredients:


Ground Pork
Oil
Potato
Garlic
Onion
Tomato
Oyster Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste


Procedure:


Wash potato and cut into cubes. Chop onion, garlic and tomato. Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic, onion and tomato. Add in pork and cook until golden brown. Put in potato under low heat. Add oyster sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for a few minutes. You can also use this dish to make Tortang Itlog. Serve with love.

Ginisang Baguio Beans


Ingredients:


Baguio Beans
Pork Giniling
Oil
Garlic
Onion
Tomato
Oyster Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste


Procedure:


Wash and julienne the Baguio beans. Chop onion, garlic and tomato. Heat oil in a pan and saute onion, garlic and tomato. Add in pork and little water to simmer. Put in the beans and cook until beans is half cook. Add oyster sauce salt and pepper to taste. Cook for a few minutes. You can also use String beans as a substitute.  Serve with love.
