Ingredients:
Camote Tops
Tomato
Ginger
Onions
Vinegar
Bagoong
Salt and Pepper to taste
Procedure:
Wash and clean Camote leaves and cut the leaves from the stalk and set aside. Chop tomato, ginger and onions into small cubes. Boil water. Blanch camote leaves for a few seconds and take it out immediately. Add tomato, ginger, onions, vinegar and bagoong. Mix well. Add salt and pepper if desire. Best serve with Pritong Galunggong. Serve with love.
