Eggdrop Soup


Ingredients:

Eggs
Chicken broth or 1Cube knorr cube (chicken)
Cornstarch
Spring onion
Water
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

Delute cornstarch in a small water, set aside. Boil water in a kettle then add chicken cube, or boil Chicken broth. When water is boiling add the deluted cornstarch until broth thickens. Crack egg and beat well. Then add to broth slowly while stiring in one direction then add spring onions. Add salt and pepper if desire. Serve with love

Bulad potpot


Best with Fried Rice

Sardinas Salad


Ingredients:

1 Canned Sardine of your choice
Ginger
Onion
Tomato
Salt
Vinegar

Procedure:

Open canned sardine set aside. Chop ginger, onion, and tomato into small cubes then add to sardine. Mix then add vinegar and salt. Mix well. Serve with love.

Fruit Salad (fresh)


Ingredients:

Fruits of your choice (fresh)
1 can condense
2 Tetra Pak Cream

Procedure:

Wash fruits. Dice or slice to your desire shape and size. In a separate bowl, mix liquid ingredients. Transfer the mix liquid ingredients to the mixed fruit and mix together. Chill in the ref. Serve with love.

Adobong Tangkung


Ingredients:

Tangkung
Bell Pepper
Garlic
Onion
Tomato
Oil
Oyster Sauce
Salt and pepper to taste

Procedure:

Wash the Tangkung and cut into bite size. Chop onion, garlic, bell pepper and tomato. In a pan, heat oil and saute garlic, onion, tomato and bell pepper. Add first the stalk of the Tangkung and let it simmer. Add Oyster sauce salt and pepper. add the leaves of the tangkung let it cook for a minute. Transfer to plate. Serve with love.

Nilung-ag na Saging


Procedure:

It's like boiling an egg. To check if its already cook, insert the tip of the fork into the banana, once it feels soft its already cook. Try it with Ginamus (bagoong). Serve with love

Ginisang Ginamus (bagoong)


Ingredients:

Ginamus (bagoong) of your choice
Tomato
Garlic (lots of garlic my choice)
Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste (optional, its already salty)
Sugar (optional)

Procedure:

Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic, tomatoes and bagoong. Let it cook until tomatoes are wilt. Add sugar if desire. Perfect with Nilung-ag na Saging. Serve with love.

Fried Rice




Ingredients:


Leftover rice
Hotdog
Eggs
Garlic
Spring Onion
Tomato
Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
Oyster Sauce


Procedure:


In a pan heat oil then crack the eggs and scramble to desire texture, then slice and set aside. In the same pan add a little oil and saute garlic until slightly brown then add tomato. Add leftover rice and mix well. Put in salt and pepper and oyster sauce. Then add the sliced eggs and spring onion. Best with Bulad (tuyo) and Sukang Pinakuart . Serve with love.

Chicken in Pork & Beans



Ingredients:


Carrot
Potato
Chicken
oil
Bell Pepper
Pork & Beans in can
Oyster Sauce (optional)
Garlic
Onion
Salt and Pepper to taste
Water


Procedure:


Dice carrots and potatoes. Chop onion, galic and bell pepper. Slice chicken into bite size. Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic, onion and bell pepper. Add in chicken fry until golden brown. Add water. Let it simmer until chicken is tender. Add vegetables and simmer until vegetables are half cook, then add pork and beans salt and pepper. Try it with Flat breat instead of rice. Serve with love.

Pork Giniling



Ingredients:


Ground Pork
Oil
Potato
Garlic
Onion
Tomato
Oyster Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste


Procedure:


Wash potato and cut into cubes. Chop onion, garlic and tomato. Heat oil in a pan and saute garlic, onion and tomato. Add in pork and cook until golden brown. Put in potato under low heat. Add oyster sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Simmer for a few minutes. You can also use this dish to make Tortang Itlog. Serve with love.

Ginisang Baguio Beans


Ingredients:


Baguio Beans
Pork Giniling
Oil
Garlic
Onion
Tomato
Oyster Sauce
Salt and Pepper to taste


Procedure:


Wash and julienne the Baguio beans. Chop onion, garlic and tomato. Heat oil in a pan and saute onion, garlic and tomato. Add in pork and little water to simmer. Put in the beans and cook until beans is half cook. Add oyster sauce salt and pepper to taste. Cook for a few minutes. You can also use String beans as a substitute.  Serve with love.
